Meet the Synergie Coaching Team
For both of us it has always been about helping others improve. We are passionate about sport and it has given us the opportunity to work with & learn from great athletes and coaches from all over the World.
We only work with a small number of athletes on a 1-2-1 basis, purely to ensure that you get the personalised training programme that will help you achieve your goal.
We never forget that this is your journey and that we are privileged to be part of it.

We are always looking to support & develop athletes, coaches, partners & parents, and have the skills to deliver virtual or face to face workshops covering subjects such as, but not limited to, mental health; paedatric physiology; clean sport; strength & conditioning; wellbeing including sleep hygiene & nutrition.
Support Services
The coaches have also worked hard to put in place a support system for the athletes, that as coaches, we feel cannot be rivalled within any team environment. We have a number of practitioners who work with the coaches and athletes either on a team or one to one basis.
Overseas Training Venues
Through our work with World Triathlon and our network of coaches, we have coaching contacts in a number of Countries that can support athletes training outside of the UK.

We work with a number of accredited Sports Psychologists that can support the athlete and their partners/parents
