Apologies for the quiet period but it has been a pretty full on season for at the athletes & coaches.

Some outstanding processes & performances from the supported athletes;

Alex has qualified for 2025 European & World Triathlon Championships; Stuart laid some ghosts to rest at IM Lanzarote before setting a PB at IM Tallin; Steve followed up on his Ironkids race by setting a PB at Ironman Wales, not sure about the father & daughter IM tattoos…Hadis won her National Duathlon Championships, as well as the Central Asia Duathlon Championships in Tabriz. She also had the opportunity to race at the Asia u23 & Mixed Team Relay Triathlon Championships in Jubail. Lib has been representing Pentathlon GB at u19 Championships in Druskininkai & Barcelona, reaching individual Finals, as well as going Top 10 in the Relays.

Coaching wise, we have conducted a whole load of swim & run analysis for the athletes we support, as well as though supported by other coaches and for individuals just looking to establish some base line information.

We still do have our other work with Pentathlon GB, British Triathlon, UK Coaching, UK Anti Doping and World Triathlon going on, so all in all we aren’t bored!.
