The Functional Power Threshold assessment will look at your cycling efficiency and even if you don’t have a power meter – don’t worry we can set your training zones based on heart rate & speed.
The Swim Analysis starts with you on the swim bench, looking at your left & right arm cadence & power before we get you in the Endless Pool to do some video analysis. We can do this with or without wetsuit. You will go away with your own USB containing your swim & recommended corrective drills.
The Robustness Screen is a toe to top look at your posture, your mobility, upper body, core & lower body strength. Great way to start your next season’s training.
