Couple of last minute changes added to Hadis’ challenge!

Hadis was kicking back & enjoying some down time, when she was notified of the Iran Elite Duathlon Championships, so a quick switch back on into race mode to prepare for a 10k/60k/10k duathlon.

We had four weeks to prep for the course on Kish Island, a flat, one lap bike course. With two weeks to go, the course was changed to Gorgan City, a multi lap, undulating, technical bike course.

Just to add into the mix, Hadis picked her new bike up in Tehran, the day before she was due to race.

Focus & quality come to the fore and Hadis had a clear focus on her processes going into the race, despite sliding out on the first bike lap, she built a sufficient lead so that she not only nailed her processes but achieved a performance.

Great to see Hadis have a chance to celebrate the end of her 2024 season !
