The Synergie Coaches were invited out to the BEST Centre in Mallorca to support Southampton University Triathlon Club (SUTRI) on their recent Camp. We coached the early morning swim sessions, some mobility & conditioning sessions plus a Dustbin Lid Challenge, and even managed to squeeeze in a Mixed Team Relay Aquathlon.
